The only difference between each pricing tier is the number of clients you can add to Brieff. All plans come with unlimited users and unlimited access to every feature, including our AI features. Pick the plan that caters to the number of clients your firm meets with regularly. Every plan comes with a free 14-day trial, and monthly plans can be changed or cancelled at any time.
You don't have to jump straight to the next plan. If your client list sits between two tiers, you can add clients in bundles of five on top of your current plan, each bundle priced at the rate shown on that plan above. It stays completely flexible, so you only ever pay for the clients you actually have and the plan that fits your firm. When you grow to the point where the next tier is better value, you can move up at any time.
Yes, it depends on your billing cycle. On a monthly plan you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and any change is prorated. On an annual plan you can upgrade whenever you like, while downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next annual renewal, so the tier you've already paid for runs to the end of the year. There's no minimum notice period.
We make it simple. Every new Brieff user gets a complimentary 45-minute setup session, so you can start using Brieff with clients right away. For a full rollout, our 3-week Implementation Programme ($2,000, incl. GST) gives you hands-on one-to-one guidance, migration of your existing workflows, team training and customisable service-template blueprints, so your whole firm is live and confident. Only your active clients count. Archive any client you're not currently meeting with and they drop off your total. Nothing is deleted, so their full history stays. You just can't run new meetings until you unarchive them, and archiving lasts a minimum of eight months. So if you only see a client once a year for tax planning, archive them in between and they won't count.
